Observe the problem by immersing "himself" in the day-to-day activities of the Project. The objective is to try to assess and understand the problem statements while providing support to the delivery teams.
Process the available data and documents (contracts, policies, procedures). The intent is to develop a Client/Sponsor aligned view on the problem statement and solution "Options".
Inform including knowledge transfer. Iterative review approach of "Options" to align with all stakeholders and provide a final recommendation. Knowledge Transfer to the Client interface team is also completed in this phase to ensure informed accountabilities.
Deliver helping "DO" what Dhruv recommended Client/Sponsor should "DO". This step is typically assignment scope driven.
